Come up and enjoy winter at its' best at the best place to stay.  All the trails are great for any sport you want to participate in. Stay in comfortable guest room or a cozy fireplace cottage. If you just want to enjoy a delicious meal at our award-winning restaurant and look out the expansive windows at the great view, that would be OK too.

Let's Go Fishing

This is one of the best things to happen in our Northwoods!  It is completely free for the elderly, handicapped, and veterans!  Sometimes in our busy lives, we forget to include people who would really love to go fishing or just take a ride in a boat!  This organization does it all for you and with a wide smile.

Let's Go Fishing is coming to the Northwoods. You are invited to an open house 5:00 PM, Wednesday, January 30th at Holiday Acres Resort to learn more about the organization, “Let's Go Fishing”.  Let's Go Fishing is dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors, youth, veterans, and other vulnerable adults by offering free fishing and boating excursions, that strengthen communities, build relationships, and create happy memories.

Let's Go Fishing is supported by the hands and hearts of over 2,300 volunteers serving over 80,000 participants since its inception.
