Snow-Snow-Snow

The snow started last week and then when I looked outside this morning, it was snowing again!!! It has been snowing all day. The snowmobile trails will be opening Thursday morning, so bring your skis, snowmobile, or whatever and come on up! If you don't have snowmobiles, you can rent them from a dealer here. You might want to try snowshoeing, we have the equipment here for rent.

The North America qualifiers event will be here on Lake Thompson in February and then the World Ice Fishing Championship in March! It will be interesting to see ice fishermen from other countries compete with our US team and all must use hand augers to get through the ice.

Holiday Acres has a great New Years Eve celebration too, so get away from it all and join our party.

It is a winter wonderland here so you will be able to enjoy the winter at its best.

Update Thanksgiving Jazz

Good news!! Chuck Hedges is coming and playing the clarinet!! He has made reservations for his family and himself, so it is very positive. And-----one of our favorites Nick Schneider will be on bass!! Needless to say, those of you who received our jazz card, Jack Carr will be playing drums only. Everyone should try and make this because it will be one of the best jazz events ever! You might want to consider coming early to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner special with all the trimmings. Packages and overnight stays are available. Call for reservations.
